Flexible schedule

Book a time slot based on the mentors' office hours. They will reply and confirm in 48 hours.

The booking system lets you reschedule with ease. Just send a note and a few clicks—no confusing back and forth.

03. Pre-appointment questionnaire

Help your mentor understand you

Take 5-10 minutes to fill out a questionnaire. It helps your mentor better understand your current status and prepare for the sessions

Video conferencing

Join the session via video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet). Have all the tools at your disposal: voice, video, screen and file sharing.

Rating system

Give your mentors some feedback on the session to help us and the mentors grow.

All the mentors are vetted through our stringent evaluation process.

By invite only

Trusted industry peers recommended every one of our mentors. Participation in the program is by invite only. The evaluation process includes a detailed review of personal experience, management knowledge, professional skillsets, and many other criteria.

Real identity, authentic experience

Our mentors made public their complete CV and LinkedIn information. They are thoroughly interviewed and evaluated for mentorship qualification.

Mentorship communication training

Every mentor must complete our communication training program to ensure proficiency as a mentor and communicator. If improvement is necessary, we offer additional training and support.

Privacy assurance

Every mentor signed a nondisclosure agreement. What's discussed during the sessions is strictly between you and your mentor.
